Introduction to Permaculture - NEW EVENT

Practical workshop on understanding the basics of permaculture systems thinking with mix of theory, hands on, practical and immediate application of new skills.

Permaculture systems design thinking uses ethics & principles that help the learner step back and take a different perspective.

These skills are not just limited to the natural landscape, you can use them in your work and personal life too! Skills for reading the landscape, sector analysis and where it fits in, zoning for energy efficiency, low embodied energy materials and resources with hands on practice so participants can immediately apply what they're learning into their own design on the day.

Hands on soil testing included with participants working with their own soil samples discovering structure and pH, understanding the results and what to do to correct any less than ideal results.
