About the Event

Do you want to create a beautiful, unique and water-wise

native garden?

Let's talk about why native plants are

important to our Perth landscape for fauna, soil biology and climate; understanding

Perth soils; how to create a water-wise bush landscape; where to find a list of plants

to suit your soil type; how to place plants to save time and money; and the best spots

to purchase native plants (from tubestock to 100 litre bags).

There will be a demonstration on how to test soil pH along with a mason jar test.

Participants can bring in soil samples if they wish.

Attendees will receive a seedling to take home and get their native garden started.
